DAI & PARTNERS advises Citibank and ING Bank, alongside with ECA’s K-SURE and SERV, in granting a US$521.5 million, 12-year supported financing loan for Petrovietnam Power Corporation (PV Power).
In parallel with the ECA financing, the Lenders agreed to grant a short-term bridge facility of USD300 million to facilitate payments to the EPC Contractor and Turbine Supplier for the Nhon Trach 3 & 4 LNG Project.
